About the role
As an Icelandic-Speaking Support Specialist, you will join an international team in Bulgaria’s customer experience industry.
You will help customers with general enquiries, product support and troubleshooting. By listening to their needs and providing clear, helpful answers, you will contribute to excellent customer experiences.
Your responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs.
- Assist with general enquiries, product support and troubleshooting.
- Support customers via phone, email, chat or support tickets.
- Work with your team to achieve high customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who
- Is fluent in Icelandic and English.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Enjoys helping customers and finding solutions.
- Is ready to work in Sofia, Bulgaria.
You do not need previous experience in a similar role. Fully paid training will help you get started.
